- A live person when you call. During an active build, you’ll reach a real human 24/7, not a voicemail tree. If your family’s sleep schedule or school hours matter, tell us and we’ll plan around them.

What the Guarantee Doesn’t Cover

Manufacturer warranties on prefab units like Abodu, Cover, or Dvele carry their own terms, and we’ll walk you through exactly what those are before you sign. Normal wear and tear, weather damage, or anything that happens after the 365-Day Done Right Promise window closes is outside our workmanship guarantee. If you modify the unit yourself or hire another contractor to alter our work, that affects coverage too. We spell all of this out in writing, plain English, before work starts.
How to Make a Claim
Call (559) 249-3776. Tell the person who answers what’s going on. There’s no claim form, no portal, no waiting period. We’ll schedule a technician to come look, document what we find, and if it falls under the guarantee, we handle it. If you’re within your 365-day window and the issue is our workmanship, you won’t pay for labor or materials. If it’s outside the window, we’ll still give you an honest assessment and a written price for any repair before you decide anything.
